Field observation surface
FieldTrace.
FieldTrace is where evidence begins: operator-attributed capture in the field. It records what was observed and binds it to actor, method, time and place — under the Hub's governance, feeding NAE and the Bridge, never GEFI directly.
What it captures
Observe, tag, sync.
- Capture — operators log site visits, tasks and observations as signed, hash-bound envelopes.
- Attribute — actor, method, time, place and governance reference are bound at source.
- Sync — verified envelopes flow to the Hub receiver and into NAE for chaining.
How it is governed
Constrained by the Hub.
FieldTrace operates inside the Hub governance model. It feeds NAE and the Bridge — it does not score, and it does not reach GEFI directly. Attribution gaps detected downstream return to the operator console as updated field protocols.
In the stack
FieldTrace → NAE → Hub → GEFI.
The first surface in the spine: clean, attributed observation is what every downstream integrity score ultimately rests on.
Status
Operational.
FieldTrace runs as the live field-capture surface; bridge captures can flow into the shared evidence database for scoring.
