Governed integration spine
The Bridge Layer.
Not a feature — a governance-grade integration spine. The Bridge connects FieldTrace, NAE, the Hub/Console, GEFI and ERS into one evidence loop, and enforces the rules that keep authority and versioning intact.
What it connects
One governed loop.
- FieldTrace → Hub — attribution becomes governed, reconstructable evidence.
- Hub → GEFI — governance and evidence architecture become a GEFI intake bundle.
- GEFI → Hub — score, class, failure map and corrections flow back to governance.
- GEFI → FieldTrace — attribution gaps become updated field protocols.
Governance rules
The invariants.
Hub owns governanceFieldTrace owns observationGEFI owns scoresVersioned, never mutatedEligibility = bundle + evidence + attributionReviewer scores never alteredRaw payloads never reach GEFIFailure logs an incident & blocks intake
Operator view
Integration health.
The bridge operator surface shows Hub bundle, FieldTrace and GEFI status per programme, surfaces incidents first, and queues corrections back to the Hub and FieldTrace. It runs live inside GEFI under the Bridge tab.
Status
Which integrations are live.
Representation and data-model layers are live; the GEFI scoring path and operator console run against connected programme data.
